A Healthy Meal I Ate

The day before yesterday, at midday I met a friend of mine. The meeting was after a long period. Both of us got overwhelmed to see each other. We embraced each other and enquired of ourselves. Then he invied me to visit his house. His house was nearby. So, I visited his house that day. His mother and other family members became glad to see me. It was time for lunch. So, his mother served us lunch. I started taking meal. The meal included rice, fish curry, and lentils cooked using moderate quantity of oil. An item of leafy vegetables and a salad of cucumber and tomatoes with a flavour of green pepper added to our enjoyments. At the end of the meal, some dairy items were also served as dessert. After that, fruits such as ripe mangoes were also served. I ate with my heart's content. The meal was a very healthy one. Actually many cheap foods are often healthy but many expensive foods are often unhealthy.
